The Intro
My name is Burhan and what you see on this site, is written by me (except for the theme); and runs on the stellar Wordpress content publishing platform (more information on what runs the site).
I started this site a long time back as somewhere to experiment with PHP projects that were known to explode. After a while, I decided to write small tutorials regarding topics that people frequently asked me about. This way, I could just point them here and not have to repeat the same thing again.
The Present
Currently, the site is in a bit of limbo as I am working on a few personal projects in addition to being busy taming the IT beasts at my current job. I haven’t had time to write as much as I would like, but I am slowly bringing more content into the website — a freak fire at my provider wiped out both my server and its backups, so I have been steadily bringing back content from my “offline” (scribbles on note paper) backups.
Vital Statitics
Hair: yes, still exists on the top of my head, despite many hair pulling sessions struggling with PEBKAC situations. Normally, brown in color.
Height: Tall enough to pass all “must be — tall” restrictions.
Weight: I will not snap if you hug me. Call me … pleasantly fullfilling.
